This is the scheduling, invoicing and dispatch system Ice Age HVAC uses to run its work: booking jobs, sending technicians, raising estimates and invoices, and taking payment.

Customers of Ice Age HVAC never sign in. They receive estimates, invoices and receipts by email, and links to track a job or pay a bill. Those links show only their own job and carry no account.
The business may connect its own Google account so that estimates and invoices arrive from its real address. That connection is limited to sending mail — see the privacy policy for exactly what it can and cannot do.
