Ice Age HVAC · field service management system
This system is operated by Ice Age HVAC for its own business. It is not a product sold to anyone else, and data in it is not shared, sold, or used for advertising.
Ice Age HVAC may connect a Google account so that invoices and estimates are sent from the business's own email address.
The only permission requested is
gmail.send — permission to send mail as that account.
It does not allow this system to read, search, list, download or delete any
message in the mailbox, and it does not allow access to contacts, files,
calendar or any other Google service.
When a Google account is connected, this system stores:
The token is never shown in the application, never returned by any web address, and never sent anywhere except to Google. Disconnecting the mailbox deletes it and asks Google to revoke it. It can also be revoked at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to send mail on behalf of the connected account, is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide that function, is not used for advertising, and is not read by any person.
To do its work the business records what any trade business records: customer names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, the jobs carried out, notes and photographs from those jobs, estimates, invoices and payments.
Card details are never held by this system. Payments are taken through a payment processor's own hosted page, and only the outcome and a reference are recorded here.
Office staff of Ice Age HVAC can see the business's records. Technicians see the jobs assigned to them. Customers see only their own job or invoice, through a link sent to them. There is no other access.
Business records are kept for as long as the business needs them, and at least as long as tax and accounting rules require. To ask what is held about you, or to have it corrected or removed, contact hvaciceage@gmail.com.
