Ice Age HVAC · field service management system

This system is internal software operated by Ice Age HVAC. These terms cover its use by the staff of Ice Age HVAC and by customers who open a link it sends them.

Staff use

• Accounts are issued by Ice Age HVAC to its own staff, and are personal to the person they are issued to.
• Accounts may be suspended or removed by the business at any time, including when someone leaves.
• The records in this system belong to Ice Age HVAC.

Customer links

Links sent to customers — to view a job's progress, read an invoice or estimate, or pay a bill — are for the person they were sent to. Anyone holding such a link can see that one record, so treat it as you would the paper equivalent.

Invoices and payment

An invoice issued through this system is an invoice of Ice Age HVAC, and the agreement for the work itself is with the business, not with this software. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor under its own terms.

Availability

The business runs this system for itself and makes no promise of uninterrupted availability. It may be changed or taken offline at any time.
